| Creating
A Standing Order |
The Standing/Monthly Order procedure
is a flexible tool that keeps you in charge and times the
arrival of your next order so you never run out of product.
A Standing Order can be created
in two different ways, at the time you place an order,
or by using My Account section to do it at any time.
Later on we will show you how easy it is to use this tool
to control your flow of merchandise, and shut it off when
you are away or on vacation.
To create a Standing Order when
you have completed a purchase simply click the “ADD
TO MY MONTHLY ORDER” button which appears on
the Purchase Confirmation screen where your order number
is displayed. Once there you will need to adjust the start
date, frequency and shipping method. Then click the
UPDATE SHIPPING button and you are all set.
You will get an email confirmation of what you have done.
To create a Standing Order at any
other time, click on My Account button and then click
on the Create or Edit Standing
Order button. You will then have to enter your
password and hit Submit. Once there, select your brand,
quantity, and date of first shipment, frequency, and shipping
method. Then click the Save
Standing Order button. If you want to add more
brands simply select them from the brand menu, select
your quantity and click on the Add
To Order button.
Shortly thereafter, you will
get an email confirming your order.
It is easy to edit your standing
order. To adjust the flow of fresh product to meet your
consumption pattern or adjust for vacations or other times
you are away (keep in mind that you can have your cigarettes
shipped to another location for a period of time by updating
your Customer Profile shipping location as mentioned above).
Click on My Account button, click on Edit Standing
Order, enter your password and click Submit. If you want
to update your shipping information, make the appropriate
changes and click on the UPDATE
SHIPPING button.
If you want to change your brand or quantity you can do
so by using the DELETE
CURRENT ITEM and
ADD TO ORDER
buttons provided. If you want to delete the entire order,
just click on the DELETE
THIS ORDER button.
