Here are the basics
of placing your first order and opening your account. Once
your account is set up you will be able to shop or check
on items in your account without having to reenter the data
again. You will, however,
have to remember your password. Follow
this procedure step by step and it will take about five
minutes to place your first order.

On the USAMADECIGS.com homepage, Click on the “New Account”
link located under the Account Services menu on the left
side of the screen.

You should then be on the "New Account" page. After you
enter your customer data, click the "Submit" button at the
bottom of the page. When prompted,
enter the password you have just chosen. Now
click on the "Continue Shopping Button". You are now ready
to shop.

Select a product category (domestic, foreign/specialty,
smokeless, etc) or choose an individual brand from one of
the drop-down menus and click on it. This will take you
to the brand page you selected, or the front page of the
product category you chose. On a category front page, you
can click on the brand name you want. At this point you
will be on your brand’s family page. Then click on the flavor
of your choice. Select your quantities and pack style from
the drop down menus provided, and adds your items you’ve
chosen to the shopping cart. If you want to buy more than
one brand or style click the “Continue Shopping” button
and repeat the process. When you are done hit “Proceed to
Checkout”.

You will then go to a “Your Account” Screen where you will
select your method of shipment and verify your shipping
address is correct. After verifying the information is correct,
check the box confirming you are of legal age, and click
“Next”.

The system will now take you to a page that displays your
credit card and billing information, and will prompt you
for a credit card verification number if this is your first
order with that credit card. For help finding this number,
click the “Where's my card verification #?“ hyperlink.
Once you have verified that your credit card information
and the billing address are correct, click “Complete Purchase”.

Once your credit card transaction has completed successfully,
you will see a page displaying your Order Number. Here you
can view and print a copy of your receipt, or create a standing
order (discussed later), so you can get your products on
a regular schedule that you control. If your transaction
is declined, please call your credit card company to make
certain they have not blocked your purchase for some reason
before notifying our customer service center.
